1. We are unable to edit orders once processed.
2. Please note if your order contains a pre-order item. Orders with pre-ordered items will ship when everything is in stock. Pre-order delivery dates are an estimate.
3. In the rare event that you experience a quality issue, please contact us within a week of delivery. Images or video clearly showing the problem must be provided, along with a detailed description. If an issue is determined, we will do our best to satisfactorily resolve the matter at hand.
4. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please file a claim with the courier responsible for delivering your package.
5. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or unclaimed. It is not possible to re-route a package once it has been shipped. If your package is returned due to incorrect address, we can arrange a redelivery. However, a re-delivery fee will be charged for this service according to the carrier.
6. Shipping delays due to customs, import regulations, weather, and COVID-19 are possible and out of our control.
7. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on any of our products. We are happy to arrange an exchange in case of faulty products. Please email email@example.com with your replacement request if you have received a faulty product.
8. Returns and exchanges are not available for orders outside the United States as shipping costs are prohibitive. Please kindly make sure you are aware of all customs or duties that your country may impose.
